- Design workshops focused on specific Russian interest areas and host US stakeholders for active discussions and/or panel presentations
Work with Russian networks to help US companies invest in the Russian market:
- Work with US investment targets to set up Russian operations in target techparks and/or establish collaborations with Russian partners
- Link into Russian Techparks and understand unique offerings
- Identify key US investment targets based on specific Russian offering
Providing in-country representation for Russian companies looking for sales and marketing penetration:
- Provide a US operation including address, phone number and mail service
- Recruit and manage a US sales operation and deliver US sales results
- Build awareness of Russian company at key industry events
- Generate speaking opportunities for senior management team at influential forums
- Establish and manage relationships with potential funders, including VC, Private Equity and Corporate VC
Planning and executing Inward missions of Russian Stakeholders into US innovation ecosystems:
- Provide week or two week tutorials of US innovation ecosystems that include internships in relevant companies or universities
- Undertake targeted meetings with key US business leaders, academics, policy makers and venture capitalist to hear direct feedback on US sectors and ways Russian companies can penetrate the market effectively
- Design workshops focused on specific Russian interest areas and host US stakeholders for active discussions and/or panel presentations
- Provide an intensive tutorial on development of specific sectors (biotech, renewable energy, etc), covering both public policy and private sector experience.
- Provide the opportunity to gain unique knowledge and connections, leading to long-term relationships for research, sales and development of products.
